In an effort to continue relieving educators of the many pressures faced at school sites, UESF and SFUSD agreed to a side letter that effectively cancels all evaluations of non-probationary members who have received a previous rating of “satisfactory” or better. This agreement is for the remainder of the school year and includes all our members, including our classified staff. UESF is very thankful to have received this proposal from SFUSD’s Human Resource Department.
Along with the recently approved “Health and Safety MOU,” UESF and SFUSD are working hard to provide safe and supportive sites during this very difficult period. You can view the side letter here.
