UESF members joined thousands of conscientious protesters in a rally to support and defend DACA. The rally turned into a march down Mission Street (from the Federal Building) and ended up in front of City Hall. UESF President Lita Blanc said, “Compassion has no borders. For the president to target children who did not have any say in any decision regarding their circumstances is highly troubling. Going after good people who study hard to achieve and work hard to better their lives is antithetical to the American dream.”
