Health & Safety Walkthrough
Plan to schedule a UBC meeting as soon as possible. Even if it’s just a quick 10-minute meeting, it will be time well spent. At this meeting please plan to do the following:
▢ Distribute to attendees.
▢ Ask everyone to scan the QR code located on the back of the flyer with their phone.
▢ Review the Health and Safety Walkthrough with the staff and ask for volunteers to support completing the walkthrough
Use the walkthrough (after you have shared a copy with your administration) to fill out the online reporting form. Note: they mirror each other to make it easy! We can then support educator leaders at sites to follow up and make sure district management follows all the protocols and collectively plan for additional actions if needed.
If you missed the town hall, that’s okay.
HERE are the slides from the Town Hall that contain a presentation you can share with other educators at your site if you would like. Note: they mirror each other to make it easy! We can then support educator leaders at sites to follow up and make sure district management follows all the protocols and collectively plan for additional actions if needed.
