This school year, we are not mailing out the membership cards. Instead, we are sending them as a PDF to your personal email. If you are a Member in Good Standing and would like to request a card, please fill out this form. Our Membership Specialist will generate the card and email it to you. Please allow up to 1 week for it to be emailed to you after filling out the form. Please note any Members who are NOT in Good Standing are not eligible to receive a membership card.
