With a 92% YES VOTE, UESF members have ratified the 2025-2027 agreement. After an 11 month campaign and 4 day strike, we have won a historic agreement that ensures 100% employer-paid family health care benefits, special education workloads, improved wages, and sanctuary and housing protections for SFUSD families. Our collective power forced SFSUD to come to the table and prioritize stability for our students, educators, and families. This historic contract is a cornerstone that will continue to help us fight for and together build the schools our students deserve.

Your ballot was emailed to the personal email you have on file with the union. Search for sender "Big Pulse" to locate your ballot. Be sure to check your spam folders as well. If you cannot find your ballot, go to uesf.org in the bargaining updates section for instructions on requesting a new ballot.

Together we fought for and secured a path forward for our students and educators. Day after day on the picket lines, our unity never wavered. We proved that when educators, families and our community stand together, WE WIN!

This historic strike built an unbreakable solidarity across our city, among families, students, educators and community. This strike has made it clear what is possible when we join together and fight for the stability in our schools that many have said was out of our reach.
