UESF Email
Singed up for UESF emails, but still not receiving them? Please follow the instructions below:
If you use a desktop email program: (Outlook, Entourage, etc.)1. Check if UESF emails are being delivered to your email program’s Junk/Spam folder.
2. If blasts are found in the junk folder, mark the email as “not junk” and/or add the sender to a safe recipient’s list.
3. Add UESFlist@reply.ms00.net to your address book. (ask-uesf@uesf.org is the reply-to address, but not the sending address.)
4. Note: Most Internet Service Providers (ISP’s) now do not deliver email that the ISP has marked as junk to desktop email programs at all. If you do not find UESF email in your desktop email junk folder, you will need to log onto their ISP’s webmail and follow the troubleshooting steps for webmail below.
If you use a webmail program: (Yahoo.com, Hotmail.com, Comcast.net, etc.)1. Check if UESF emails are being delivered to a Junk or Spam folder.
2. If blasts are found in the junk folder, mark the UESF email as “not junk” and/or choose to accept future emails from the UESF blast email address.
3. Add UESFlist@reply.ms00.net to the your address book.
4. If UESF emails are not being delivered to the Junk/Spam folder, please check your junk email preferences. Some ISP’s delete all spam by default or only save it for a few days.
5. If you made these checks and your are still not receiving UESF emails, please contact Robert Sedor at rsedor[at]uesf.org.
